Here at Zheta International, we pride ourselves on our client relations. In the initial stages of any project, before we have even met with the client for a consultation, thorough research is conducted into the client’s business market, competitors and customers. We research and analyse competitors’ websites, and carefully invest our time in setting up specific strategies and goals in preparation for our first meeting with the client.

With our expertise at hand, we can then meet with the client to discuss a wide range of possibilities, from the design, layout and scale of the website project, to budget and time involved. We guide our clients into making the best decisions about what style or identity will work best for their business, whether it is a large corporation, interior designer, travel company, artist, furniture supplier, property developer or events organiser. Allowing our clients to provide their own feedback and thoughts, as well as allowing them to follow the design process step by step, gives them a stronger sense of trust, and gives them a more ‘hands on’ role in the design and development of their website.

Apart from providing our clients with regular updates, we also encourage the implementation of SEM and SEO techniques, as without these features an advanced website will sit unnoticed by Google’s search engine spiders, and will fail to generate the required revenue. We ask real questions, and are given real answers. We discuss marketing strategies and objectives, whilst always creating a real relationship with the client.

Constant feedback and communication allows us to efficiently and quickly fix any problems or amendments, whilst the speed of the project remains steady. Not only do we guide our clients through every step of the website building process, we also provide hands on training to every individual, so that our clients can continue to work closely on their website, learning how to update its content, and more importantly, how to market the website once it is live (such as utilisation of keyword optimisation and Google Analytics).
