Content Management

We integrate each of our websites with a CMS (Content Management System) to allow publishing, editing and modifying of website content from a central system. The advantages of using a central CMS ensure that a large number of people can contribute to and access the stored data (particularly vital when the project is in its final stages and being worked on by both Zheta International and the clients). A CMS can be used to update a website, Facebook Application and mobile website all in one location.

A CMS can also facilitate the storage and retrieval of data if something has been accidentally removed from the website. A CMS can be personalised to allow specific user groups to take on specific roles and can provide clients with complete freedom to update everything from text content to images, videos, PDFs and products in a user-friendly and structured back-end. All content can be unpublished and previewed prior to being published, ensuring fewer mistakes and ensuring that only completed and checked content is visible on the live website.

We at Zheta International use an Open Source CMS ideal for our clients who do not have to install or purchase any software. The CMS provides total creative freedom, even for clients who have no knowledge of website development, design or coding.

During the final stages of a project we work closely with our clients and encourage them to participate in our Training sessions in which the clients can see a live demonstration of how the CMS works within their own website. Our team will provide a detailed presentation of the CMS, highlighting all of the key features needed for a particular website. We also provide detailed written Content Guidelines for our clients to follow step by step.

Headquartered on the Maltese Islands, Zheta International has sought to place itself above its competition by providing clients with Content Management in Malta which offers a true return on investment. Our aim is to improve businesses by achieving their goals through innovative branding and communications, intelligent information design, and a user-centered approach to product and service development.
